At Car Care Program, we believe in the power of collaboration to eliminate transportation barriers. Our updated Referral Process is designed to maximize impact while reducing costs for those we serve—through a streamlined partnership with referring agencies.
🤝 A New Collaborative Model
We are excited to now partner directly with agencies by:

Waiving all labor costs through our volunteer-driven repair model

Working together to provide parts at cost

Sharing clear repair quotes in advance for approval
🔧 How the Referral Process Works

Submit a Referral
Complete the referral form with basic client and vehicle information. -
Vehicle Evaluation
Our team will inspect the vehicle and determine the necessary repairs. -
Quote Sent for Approval
We will send a parts-only quote to the referring agency for approval before work begins. -
Repair Completed
Once approved, our volunteer mechanics will complete the repair—labor-free, using the approved parts. -
Client Follow-Up
We’ll coordinate with the client to return their vehicle in safe, working order and ensure they are back on the road.
